New Orford String Quartet kicks off fifteen show tour, starting with a performance in Regina. Featured works include the String Quartets by R. Murray Schafer, as well as Jacques Hétu.

"...Jonathan Crow is Concertmaster of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, and plays the ex-Wm. Kroll Guarneri del Gesù 1738 violin made available to the TSO for the use of the Concertmaster, thanks to the generosity of Dr. & Mrs. Edward Pong. Andrew Wan is Concertmaster of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra. Eric Nowlin is Associate Principal Viola with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. Brian Manker is Principal Cellist of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, and plays a cello made by Pietro Guarneri of Venice in 1729..."
