The Canadian Music Centre and the Windsor Symphony Youth Orchestra have partnered to present an orchestral reading program. Over the past five months, five composers have been working closely with WSYO conductor Peter Wiebe, and composer mentor Jason Grossi, to write short works for orchestra. The composers will be working intensively with the orchestra on February 17 and 18, and in the afternoon on February 18 we invite audiences to join us for the public premiere of five new Canadian orchestral pieces! The performance will be followed by a reception.
