Eloquent Pairings

This 1st concert of CUF's 2016 program is part of our Classical in the Clos series (= situated in a winery), and features 5 of us in duos. This is an unconventional program considering our instrumentation: violin, harp, flute, clarinet, and cello. Duets will enable you to focus more easily on individual timbre, and us to program especially 'contrasting' pieces. We believe these pieces work better emotionally and sonically in the concert's performance context, the Grange of Prince Edward County's winery hosting area and its surrounding vineyard.

Casualness: Very High.

Intimacy: Extremely High (75-80 person capacity).

Location: The Grange of Prince Edward County, Vineyards & Estate Winery, 990 Closson Road, Hillier, Prince Edward County, Ontario.

Ticket perks exclusive to us: Recycled high-fashion in Picton: 5% discount on all City Revival items, in addition to any other offered discount (redemption certificates will be included in concert programs).
